Resolved: Technical Issue - Order fulfillment delay

UPDATE (May 1st, 2025, 3:00 AM EDT)

This issue has now been resolved, any orders that were delayed due to it have been fulfilled. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are currently experiencing a technical glitch with our API, which retrieves the Steam key from our distributor. We are working to fix it with our distributor, it should be fully completed and your key delivered by morning (May 1st) EDT.

I apologize for the inconvenience this technical issue has caused. I'll keep you updated.
