We’re currently updating our account deletion process to make it smoother and safer for our users. Before we re-enable self-service deletion, we want to make sure that users with unredeemed Steam keys can't accidentally delete their account.
We’ll be rolling out these changes in the near future.
In the meantime, if you’d like to delete your account, please email us at hello@playsum.live and our team will manually handle the deletion for you.
